The Connectly chat widget allows both prospective and existing clients to chat with your business directly from your website. To set up the widget, you'll need to copy a small snippet of code from the Connectly inbox and then paste it into the header of your Shopify page.
1. Log in to Shopify, and go to the Themes tab.
2. Click on Actions, then select Edit Code.
3. Select the theme.liquid file.
4. Insert your Connectly widget chat code just before the </body> tag, then save.
