- To onboard you to the WA Business API, we’ll need some quick info from you, please fill in this questionnaire (takes ~1’)
- We will then setup your Connectly unified inbox and share the log in credentials - you’re good to go!
Verify your Business on Facebook
- Verify your Business Manager account (in case it is not yet verified)
- What? Go to FB Business Manager Settings > Security Center (click here) and click to start Business Verification.
- How long? 5-10 mins to complete, 7-14 business days for Facebook to review.
- Why? Facebook requires all companies to verify their identity in order to maintain a healthy WhatsApp ecosystem.
Approve Twilio on client's Facebook Business Manager
- What? Go to FB Business Manager Settings > Received (click here) and “Approve” Twilio to message on your behalf.
- How long? Less than one minute.
- Why? Give Connectly permission to set up your account to use WhatsApp via the Twilio APIs.
Accept the WA ToS
- WhatsApp Terms of Service (as attachment) and the acknowledgment of the ToS for you to sign here
- Add Connectly at the question "ISV, SI or Third Party Vendor's Company *
