Connectly SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to the text messages that Connectly, Inc. (“Connectly”, “we”, and/or “us”) sends to users of the Connectly Inbox (“you”). They supplement our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Connectly sends one-time verification codes by text message so that you can confirm your identity when you sign in to the Connectly Inbox (multi-factor authentication). A message contains the code and the name of the service you are signing in to, for example: “123456 is your verification code for ConnectlyAI.” We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

2. CONSENT

You opt in when you choose text message verification on the sign-in security screen, enter your own mobile phone number, and confirm it with the first code we send. Text message verification is optional: you can choose another verification method, such as an authenticator app or email, instead. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies. You receive one message each time you set up text message verification or a sign-in asks you to verify your identity.

4. COSTS

Message and data rates may apply.

5. OPTING OUT AND HELP

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to a message sent from a phone number, or email us at [email protected]. Some countries show a sender name instead of a phone number; those messages cannot be replied to, so email us instead. After you opt out, you can still sign in with another verification method.

For help, reply HELP to a message sent from a phone number, or email us at [email protected].

6. CARRIERS

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. PRIVACY

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use your mobile phone number only to send you the messages described above, through the service providers that deliver them for us. Section 4.4 of our Privacy Policy describes how we handle this information.

8. CONTACT INFORMATION

If you have questions about these SMS Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
